App no longer functional. Requires server that no longer responds. Developer website is down. Dont buy.

The app and the developer website is not connected to the server. I lost a lot of valuable information and thesis research. This app does not work and theres nobody to contact... it worked great for a while and Im really disappointed. For an app that is designed for people doing research they really failed us. The fact that I paid for this and it no longer works is unacceptable.

This app should be removed from the App Store. The app only works when the developers server is up. It is not up right now, and there is no evidence it will ever be up again. And the apps twitter account hasnt been active since 2015. I paid for this app and its useless.

Please return my money, the app right now is not working on my iPhone

This app no longer works at all. It doesnt even open. I will change this rating once the app maker fixes this. Dont buy yet until it is fixed.

Still waiting for this apps developer to get it working again - something about product hosting issue? Really? No other app like it unfortunately. And yes Ive tried loading it several times and remains frozen...

The website the program needs has been taken down, along with the company website. Do not buy this app. It will not work.

Doesnt load

I cant get this app to open. Wont get past the splash screen. Errors: saying it cant connect to server. Ive tried on two different wi-fi networks as well as cellular. I truly dislike apps that take my money straight away, but dont work. POS.

This app sounds like a great idea. However something appears to be wrong with it. The app does not start, and gives an error that it cannot contact the server. Apparently something is broken, and the developer is not fixing it or supporting it. Until this happens, do not download.

This is a good concept for an app. It worked the first couple of times I tried it, however now the document that I uploaded gets stuck in "processing". Disappointing to say the least.

This app is great. Needs a bit of work around the edges but a great tool to have for a reader who likes to take quotes as they read. Just be careful before you save as it may miss a few words or a line. Perfect tool for the money.

I have only tried the app with books on paper so far. It has not worked very well. You go through all the trouble of taking a photo of the page, marking the highlight, reading the results, then it loses it when you try to save. Needs work.

Sometimes editing needed. Currently all my notes are stuck in "Processing..." and its been more than 24 hours. Wish I could ask the developers for help. Update: deleting, since it doesnt work anymore. No updates since 2013?

Hesitant to put any time in trying out this app when researching (after reading other reviews and seeing the lack latest app update info). No updates since version 1.2 Oct 08, 2013

...OCR fails to read bullet points, multi-column text, etc. Export e-mail heavily branded with product ID etc.

Its a great idea but the users need to have the opportunity to correct OCR errors.

This would be a useful app if it had: 1. More instructions for basics like adding a notebook. 2. An understanding that not all book pages are numbered, like xxii for example. Nope. Only numbers, folks. 3. A delete function for mistakes. A crappy highlight cant be deleted. 4. Better OCR. There might actually ways of easily doing the things I cant figure out, but there are no instructions, so I cant. I would never pay money for this app.

Sometimes it takes some time to get the right text, but generally it works properly.
